What is the difference between Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems and carbon block filter systems?
The carbon block filters that we use remove many harmful contaminants and sediment from water as previously discussed, but leave a small amount of minerals which the body needs. RO systems remove everything from the water, including minerals.
If we move to a new home or office, can your system be moved with us?
Yes, our system can be moved by disconnecting the tubing, removing the system, and reconnecting tubing for the next owner.
How often are the filters changed and is that something that I am responsible for?
The manufacturer recommends replacing filters every 6 months. It usually depends on the water quality of the area and the usage of the customer. Because we are a full service company, we will maintain a routine schedule for filter replacement and service.
Can I still drink your water under a “boiled water notice?
Yes. Generally by the time a notice has been issued to radio, tv or newspapers, the water association has added more chlorine or chemicals to remedy the issue.
What type of contract do I need to sign?
We do not have contracts. We have had many satisfied customers over the past 40 years and try to keep things as simple as possible.

It has been recommended from doctors for a very long time, and it still remains true. Water is the most important substance you can put in your body. It provides three vital functions: 1) maintain normal performance levels 2) body temperature control 3) to help process biological, mechanical and chemical action in body.

Why doesn’t a homeowner need to remove chlorine on the main water line before it comes into the house?
It is important to have chlorine coming into the home’s water supply in order to disinfect the pipes and protect the water from bacteria.
Does your company perform water tests?
We can perform simple water testing if needed. But because we are not a water treatment company, we do not have the equipment to test on a higher level. We recommend everyone to Bonner Analytical Services in Hattiesburg. They are very reliable and have the most comprehensive tests in the area.
Does your company filter private well water?
We can install sediment water filters on the well system before water comes into the house. It will remove dirt and sediment, and some iron. But we recommend a local Well Water company for any filters or treatment beyond our sediment filters.
